Biography:

Karlin is fascinated by the CPG food industry and connecting with consumers with brands. Currently, she’s a Senior Assistant Marketing Manager at Cargill working on the Truvia brand, the plant-based sweetener. She manages the Spoonables product line, retail media and consumer promotion. Previously, Karlin worked at NielsenIQ on Space and Assortment Optimization and at Nielsen on the Marketing Mix Model out of undergrad. Karlin graduated from St. Thomas University with an MBA in 2021 from the part-time program and from BYU in 2017 with an undergrad in marketing. Karlin is a mom of two adorable young children and wife of ever supportive Kevin, who also works in brand management. She lives in Minnesota where she loves to enjoy time outside with her family.
