Biography:

Whitney Johnson is founder and CEO of WLJ Advisors. She was named one of the world’s fifty most influential management thinkers by Thinkers50 in 2017. She is the author of the bestselling Build an A Team and the critically-acclaimed Disrupt Yourself: Putting the Power of Disruptive Innovation to Work. She formerly co-founded the Disruptive Innovation Fund with Clayton Christensen. Whitney is also formerly an award-winning Wall Street analyst. She is a frequent contributor for the Harvard Business Review and she is a member of the original cohort of Marshall Goldsmith’s #100 coaches. Whitney earned her bachelors degree in music from BYU. Whitney and Roger have two children.
