Biography:
Grover Wray is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Modivcare (Nasdaq: MODV), a technology-enabled healthcare services company that provides a platform of integrated supportive care solutions to address the social determinants of health (SDoH) and improve patient outcomes. For its 32 million patients, Modivcare facilitates access to non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), personal care, remote patient monitoring, and meals.
An experienced Human Resource Executive, Mr. Wray has led all activities including Talent Acquisition and Development, Compensation/Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, Human Resource Generalists, and Organization Development and Change. Wray has managed CEO succession activities, Board of Director/Compensation Committee responsibilities, and executive coaching.
