Rulon Stacey is managing director at Navigant Leadership Institute. He is also a faculty member at the University of Minnesota Masters of Health Administration Program. He currently serves as an Area Seventy and is the chairman of the board of overseers for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Rulon has been the CEO of Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, the president of University of Colorado Health, and CEO of Poudre Valley Health System where he received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Rulon earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from BYU and his master’s degree in health administration and PhD in public administration from the University of Colorado–Denver. Rulon and Linda have four daughters and three grandchildren.
