Single Parent Scholarships

The Marriott School has several scholarships specifically donated by the Spouse Association of the Marriott School’s National Advisory Council to help single-parent undergraduate and graduate students with educational expenses including tuition and books.

Eligibility

• A Single parent (mother or father) with custody of dependent child(ren) is eligible.
• Applicant must officially admitted to one of the programs in the Marriott School.
• Student must remain in good academic standing and will be re-evaluated yearly.
• When a student gets married he/she is no longer eligible for the scholarship.

To Apply

• Complete the Marriott School Scholarship application online at marriottschool.byu.edu/aid/.
• Be sure to complete the Single-Parent Scholarship essay and Financial Information section.
