Nathan W. Twyman is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at Brigham Young University. He received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. Nathan’s research interests revolve around transformative HCI and UX. Data analytics, human behavior sensing, and gamification tend to play key roles in his pursuits. His project domains to date have been in health, intelligence, cybersecurity, auditing, and forensic investigation. He pursues impactful research through industry-partnered projects, and has served as a PI for over 350K in external funding in addition to contributing to many large sponsored projects. His impact-focused research has been published in Management Information Systems Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Information & Management, AIS Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction, and in popular media outlets.
